ABOUT GREEN THUMB GRAPHICS


Green Thumb Graphics is a family owned business based in Altamonte Springs Florida. In 1996 Tom Galligan started Green Thumb Graphics as a way to sell and promote his golf related artwork (and secretly to improve his golf game). The name was adopted from Tom's short-lived career as a freelance audio engineer where his company name was Green Thumb Recording, "where good music grows". After a few years his golf game was still suffering but the business was expanding. In 2004 Green Thumb Golf became Green Thumb Graphics, LLC and has slowly blossomed into a full service one-stop-shop for all things graphic.

Our mission is to give our customers great graphics, products and service at competitive prices. Integrity and Creativity are the cornerstones of our business, we hope you will give us the opportunity to prove it!


GREEN THUMB GRAPHICS - POLICIES & TERMS


• Here is the usual process for starting an order:


1) Customer requests Price Quote, after discussing your particular needs we will email or fax you a Price Quote.

2) Customer SIGNS, DATES and RETURNS Price Quote.
this authorizes us to begin any design work and order any materials needed for that job

3) After receiving authorization to begin work we start the DESIGN / PROOF process.
we do not generally charge for artwork or design time (up to 3 revisions, after 3 revisions design time is billed at $40 per hour)

4) After we agree on a design, the customer must SIGN, DATE then fax or email to us APPROVAL FOR PRODUCTION

at this point if an order is cancelled by the customer They could be invoiced (at our discretion) for: 20% restocking fee for materials ordered, any applicable set-up charges, any applicable screen or plate charges, and any applicable Artwork charges

5) Once artwork has been approved, payment in full is required before production begins, Turn-around time is dependent on prompt payment and the good or service being purchased, ask your sales person for more details.

6) Customer receives products, jumps for joy and then tells a friend about how great their experience was!


• ALL ORDERS must be paid in advance of production.
- we accept cash (or equivalent), checks, and PAYPAL for payment. All orders paid with checks will ship once check clears.

• If for any reason a job is cancelled by the customer after the Design / Proof process has started then all design time will be billed at $40 per hour.

• If for any reason a job is cancelled by the customer after Approval For Production, customer could be charged (at our discretion): a 20% restocking fee for materials ordered, any applicable set-up charges, any applicable screen or plate charges, and any applicable Artwork screen charges. Depending on the item some orders can not be cancelled after Approval For Production.

• ALL CHARGES WILL BE DISCLOSED IN ADVANCE whenever applicable. No hidden charges with us!
